Initiate, maintain, coordinate or manage primarily new projects focused on creation or enhancements to websites and emailed customer contact points including hands-on involvement as necessary.

Reporting relationship
  • Reports to Technology Director
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
  • Coordinate various website projects including managing improvements, changes and updates to facilitate development of sites to support online initiatives.
  • Communicate with and interview key program managers and address requests from various departments including product development and marketing, for site modification, redesign or update and assigns to team members or outside resource based on skill set and task load.
  • Monitor site performance and apply knowledge of programming techniques and computer Internet systems to constantly improve site performance.
  • Facilitate website design and creation; plan, develop, test, edit, maintain, document and control content, look and flow of websites.
  • Supervise design and placement of images, banners, bullets, image maps and other graphics as needed to enhance appearance of sites.
  • Smooth operation of all websites and associated operations.
  • Facilitation of department requests for site modification, update and redesign.
  • Coordination of select projects for on-site and off-site employees and contract labor, including overseas.
  • Strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to hyper-focus on issues for quick resolution.
  • Project management experience, degree, or equivalent education and experience combined.
  • Working or layman knowledge of programming languages used on websites.

Job responsibilities

Salesforce Administrator responsibilities, including:

  • Gathering and documenting requirements;
  • Developing test plans and leading testing cycles (both QA and UAT).
  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions.o Analyzing and cleansing data files (in Excel, text, etc.);
  • Extracting data from, and loading files into, Salesforce;
  • Designing and generating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Salesforce App Builder responsibilities, including:
  • Designing the application database;
  • Building objects and fields;o Building validation rules;
  • Building page layouts;
  • Defining and building calculated fields;
  • Creating workflows;
  • Defining security with roles, groups, profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.
Job requirements

  • Migration Reporting systems from another platform;
  • Improvement, development, support of Reporting systems;
  • Creating documentation for new and existing components;
  • Providing a 24/7 support of customer’s systems;
  • Work directly with the customer (to get/clarify requirements, resolve issues, answer to their questions, etc).
  • Tableau products: Desktop, Server, Online, Reader, Public;
  • Tableau Data Server, Data Engine;
  • Deep understanding of Tableau reports creation and troubleshooting steps;
  • Performance testing, scaling-out (Drive);
  • Reports automation, embedding;
  • General reporting theory (terms, definitions, best practices, connection types etc.);
  • Desirable: experience with various reporting systems (SSRS, Power BI, QlikView, etc);
  • Understanding of the BI, ETL, DWH processes, schemas and models;

Job description

We are building MindsDB, an open-source explainable AutoML tool. We want to give everyone the ability to make informed predictions, using state-of-the-art ML models, with just a few lines of code.

We're looking for an engineer that enjoys working remotely, contributing to open source, and playing around with machine learning.

You will be part of our Machine Learning team, with a focus on improving, debugging, refactoring, and testing our ML library, but also the flexibility to take on other responsibilities when required. We are a startup, so we like people that can wear more than one hat :)

You should be
  • Eager to understand things and experiment
  • Good at working with minimal supervision in a remote environment
  • Open to discussing, defending and deconstructing ideas
  • Good at communicating in English, don't worry, you don't need to be a native speak or a poet.
  • An overall good programmer, especially with Python 3
Ideally, you would also have some
  • Understanding of machine learning and artificial neural networks
  • Basic understanding of probability theory, Bayesian statistics, and linear algebra
  • Experience working with Pytorch (or tensorflow), numpy, pandas, and sklearn

We love code reviews and on readable yet efficient code. We put emphasis on reviewing our code and independently finding potential bugs, improvements, or refactoring opportunities.

Testing is an essential part of our workflow and is probably not very similar to the kind of testing most people are used to. Since this is ultimately a data-driven product that works on a wide variety of data and for a wide variety of use cases. There's a lot of creativity involved in designing the tests for what you are implementing.

Most important of all, is that you actually like Mindsdb and believe in what we are trying to accomplish. We want to democratize machine learning and we want to make it explainable, most ML solutions out there focus on just making predictions, we also focus on the question:

  • What is interesting in my data and why?
  • When should I not trust this model and why?
  • How can I improve this model?
  • Why did the model give this prediction?


Position Responsibilities
  • Develop SaaS Components (Salesforce)
  • Perform technical analysis, design/modeling, coding, debugging/troubleshooting, and component testing.
  • Perform maintenance, enhancement and/or development of working applications and interfaces with other applications.
  • Estimate software development cost and schedule.
  • Develop functional Test and Unit Tests
  • Validate QA tests and works with QA personnel to ensure that test procedures are adequate and test requirements
  • Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our and client methodologies.
  • Provide application development support in a timely manner.
  • Analyze, design/model, code, and test break/fix requests and enhancements to modules.
  • Develop technical system specifications for components.
  • Design components to technical programming standards.
  • Provide support toward installation of application releases into production as directed.
  • Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs.
  • Create operational documentation.
  • Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status.
  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and associated skills.
Required Qualifications
  • Requires a BA or BS degree from an accredited institution in a management or technical discipline – Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (related degrees will be considered) and 5-7 years of performing applications programming/development with at least 3 or more years direct experience programming Salesforce
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Salesforce Apex (strongly preferred) or 2 years of experience in Java/JEE development
  • Skills and knowledge of the technologies used (Visualforce) and applications supported.
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS
  • Software development skills fundamentals such as knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, relational database design
  • Agile software development experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
  • Exposure to Production Application Support
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Federal contracting experience supporting HHS or FDA
  • Experience with the SDLC / EPLC
  • Experience with data analytics and process analysis paradigms for addressing client needs
  • Keen sense of the User Experience and User Journey


  • Design UX for web, tablet and phone.
  • Knowledge of the entire design process, from problem-solving to detailed UI and visual design.
  • Ability to create beautiful high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes of your designs using Sketch or similar tools.
  • Translates UX research insights into ideas that form new products and features that improve our ability to deliver the best experience.
  • Designs and iterates through complex problems from beginning to end.
  • Crafts workflows detailed interactions.
  • Wireframes and prototypes ideas quickly to assess viability.
  • Knowledge of systems thinking, information architecture, and design systems is a plus.

  • Experience designing digital products systems in a product-centric organization.
  • Interface and brainstorm with Marketing team and other involved stakeholders of Talend, in a strategic manner, to elevate the visual communication of information.
